  • Can I search for a seller by name?

    Yes ! In the blue menu box just to the left, you can search for sellers by: sellers name, product / item, by state (location search)  and by category.

  • Once I have registered what happens?

    Once you have registered, you will have authorised your email address and password. When you login using your Email Address and Password (top right hand side of the page), you will be fully active within the The SOC Exchange.com website.

  • What does fully active mean?

    Fully active means that you will be able to access all the website features that the sellers can provide to you such as: contact with sellers via email, posting a blog comment, receive RSS Feeds, plus many more features!

  • If I am not registered can I still move around the website?

    Yes absolutely!

  • Is my personal information secure?

    Yes. Your personal information is encrypted to protect it from access by unauthorized persons. We employ the GEO TRUST SSL security system.
    We have confidence in our state-of-the-art encryption methods.

  • Is my credit card information secure? (Sellers)

    Yes. All credit card information given by you to us is processed through PayPal,
    the global leader in online payments.

  • Is my credit card information secure? (Buyers)

    Yes. When you place a purchase order with a particular seller, that seller is the only person that will have access to your credit card details. 

  • When I select e-mail alerts from a seller will they know my identity?

    No. The seller will know the total number of e-mail subscribers they have, but they will not know their e-mail addresses or identity.

  • What if I have a problem with a seller I have purchased from or a buyer who has purchased from me?

    The SOC Exchange.com will suspend or terminate any seller from our site if we do not believe they are operating according to our 'Terms of Use.' Likewise, we reserve the same right to terminate a 'Buyers' membership.
    The SOC Exchange.com facilitates transactions between sellers and buyers, we are not involved in the actual transactions. You must attempt to resolve any dispute with the relevant seller or buyer yourself and, if necessary, seek assistance from relevant authorities or professional advisers. Please inform us if you remain dissatisfied after endeavouring to resolve a dispute, as we can take action to ensure that all users comply with the 'Terms of Use.'
